We do good food fast to suit the needs of travelers and busy locals alike. We also provide a relaxed atmosphere, whether it be indoors and out, for family and friends to enjoy a great meal together.

Whether you’re after a quick but healthy meal during a short stop over in Lithgow or a relaxing family get together, our Bistro Carvery is the ideal location, with coaches most welcome.
You can select from the tempting cooked to order dishes, prepared in just a matter of moments, freshly carved roasts or one of our delicious meals ready to serve piping hot from the Bain Marie. Kids are welcome and we have designed a special menu for our little guests.
Our Perfect Plate
400g MSA graded Union Station grain fed beef rump (cooked to your liking) served with a roasted field mushroom, fire roasted vine ripened cherry tomatoes, braised eschalot and red wine sauce on a bed of buttery house made mash potato. Served with a side salad.
